Vinification: fermentation of the grapes with maceration on the skins lasts approximately 8 days. After racking and soft pressing, malolactic fermentation is carried out to proceed with the maturation of the wine in large vitrified concrete vats for 3 months. The process ends with 3 months of bottle refinement.

Organoleptic notes: the color is deep and brilliant ruby ​​red. It releases a broad and intense aroma with strong aromas of small ripe red fruits. Enveloping and balanced on the palate.

Pairings: ideal for aperitifs or starters based on tasty cold cuts and semi-mature cheeses.

How to serve it: it expresses its best in medium-sized glasses and served at a temperature of 15°c
