Wine with alcohol content of 16% vol., sugar content 250 g/l. Produced in the Marsala area.
Harvesting period: beginning of August. Fermentation in steel silos at controlled temperature.
SERVING SUGGESTION
An excellent dessert wine, it pairs well with dry pastries. Serve cold.
