Soil: mixed with a prevalence of sand
Vineyards: grown in counter-espalier
Harvest: by hand, early August
Vinification: the pressing of the grapes is very soft and the slow fermentation takes place at 16°c. The wine matures at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Refines for a month in the bottle.
Organoleptic notes: bright straw yellow colour, with a delicate and pleasant aroma with notes of white peach and grapefruit, combined with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is light and fresh with excellent flavor.
Pairings: it should be tasted with seafood appetizers and is excellent for an aperitif, it goes perfectly with vegetarian dishes and fish first courses.
How to serve it: expresses its best in medium-sized tulip glasses served at a temperature of 8°c
