From selected primitive grapes, aged in oak barrels. Ruby red with violet reflections, an aroma of ripe berries and jam, spicy hints of vanilla and balsamic notes. A soft, full, harmonious, slightly tannic taste.
PAIRING SUGGESTION: It goes well with ripe cheeses, grilled meats, lamb, game and spicy dishes. Serve at 18 – 20 °C.
