With a delicate pink blush color, this spumante has a fine and persistent perlage, giving the nose aromas of white peach, candied cedar and hints of pomegranate. Fresh and creamy taste, moderately savory, of good length. On the palate we find sensations of yellow fruit, with hints of lychee, peach and pineapple.
SPARKLING: Marinotti / Charmat Method
PAIRING: We recommend pairing with appetizers, cured meats and cheeses, beef or fish tartare, shellfish, sea urchins. Excellent as an aperitif or as a whole meal.
