An oak-aged grappa with Garibaldi’s strength of character, this is the elder sister of the Mille line. Obtained from eco-distillation of the skins and subsequent ageing in oak barrels for 12 months, then in a barriques for a further 6 months. Refined, persistent scents with hints of cocoa butter and sweet vanilla.
Almond paste and dried fruit aromas.
Excellent after a meal, ideal with refined desserts. Serve at 16/18 °C
