Terre di Giumara’s oil is an extra-virgin olive oil extracted from olives cultivated in the heart of Belice Valley where the Nocellara del Belice variety finds its maximum expression. The olives are harvested by hand grabbing: the “maniacal” care and dedication, included in the milling, strictly at controlled temperature, give success to this precious product. The appearance is slightly veiled, obtained by natural decantation (unfiltered), medium high fluidity and intense green. The flavor is fruity of green olive, very fragrant and fresh, slightly spicy on the palate, bitterly barely noticeable with hints of green tomatoes, artichokes, citrus and almonds, balanced and harmonious. It has a marked scent of green olive.
